If that deal goes through, you can bank on Rip Hamilton signing with us for the vet min to play with Billups again. Fields becomes our bench energy.

I would assume it's probably done. We have to take the future into account. This ain't the end for us. Billups expires, we have a first in this years draft to combine with Fields and Mozgov. Walsh probably buys another first and/or a second. But we have our two studs. We need a lockdown 2 and some bangers.

Chandler: Gone anyways

Gallo: Melo replaces him. Melo>>>>>>>>>Gallo

Felton: Billups replaces him

Curry: Fat ass doesnt even play

AR: (pick) doesnt play

Basically Gallo and Felton for Melo and Billups. No brainer, get it done.

NYK confident latest offer is respectable and could get done for Melo soon. DEN preferred Gallinari over Fields after being asked to choose.

I'm okay with it. Neither happy nor against it. It's a heavy price but Melo wants his extension and I trust Donnie (I hope it's Donnie).

I'd do it. Never having to have another conversation about Gallo vs. Chandler would almost be worth it on its own.

Billups/Fields/Melo/Amar'e/Mozgov with Turiaf, Douglas, Williams, Walker off the bench is damn good good. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to leave with a viable "get Paul or Williams" strategy. But if Mozgov develops you never know what that team could be capable of.
