Bad idea actually if you are not moving Deng. Igoudala is a SF, played his best games as a SG and he would fix just some of our problems. He is like Ronnie Brewer with much better handle. Do not want.

And if no Iguodala(which would a bad idea to beggin with) what are those other options in the summer?

Memphis gets another wing to make up for the loss of Gay and Houston gets the big they were holding onto Lee in order to acquire.

I don't know why Memphis is looking to trade Mayo, but the Rockets are either trying to get better for a playoff run now or trying to start the rebuilding process (young players with potential or high picks). If we were to get Thabeet from Memphis then I don't see how that makes Lee more available. Some seem to think we are in the position of having to get something for Lee. He is still under contract, so we aren't just looking to move him for the sake of moving him. Battier is a different story since he is old and expires at the end of this year.

So if we get a big from Battier we may not want to move Lee at all.

Brandon Rush was a new name that was just mentioned as a possible for us on DDL a few minutes ago. If all the Pacers would want would be a pick, is that enough of a consolation from Mayo/Lee to satisfy the masses. Personally, I'd be more than thrilled with that if it allowed us to keep Asik in the process.
