I would assume if they are still prospect elible we can draft them. I don't know what the service time or AB limit is though.

Pineda hasn't even been in the majors yet, and if he would have been called up he would have been on my team like I was hoping in September, but the Mariners decided they don't like me.

We're in agreement on this.

All players that are prospects are available to be picked in the prospect draft. Once they've signed with a team we're considering them a prospect and you can pick players even after they're in the Yahoo system as long as they're still under the 130 AB/50 IP threshold. Prospects in the Yahoo system will not be available to pick in the FA draft, why don't we draw the line that the player has to be a projected MLB roster player.

Think prospects just shouldn't be available in the FA draft (130AB/50IP) by saying "projected MLB roster player" your just asking for a controversy.
