Athletic 3/4 who has a great post game + ability to shoot 3s and you don't see anything

I think Chad Ford is right and Jonathan Givony is wrong. Ford believes Williams is a 3 in the pros, Givony says a 4. I'd say Williams can play the 3 and would be an upgrade over James Johnson (who I like for what he does, except shoot).

I think people need to be impressed but you also need to be wary of the fact that Williams is on fire right now and he won't be like this all the time. Trading Ed to get him is not a good option imo. I think you trade Bargnani for a top-10 pick and play DWill at the 3 (with his faults). You then use the second top-10 to pick Kemba and you're headed in the right direction with proven talents and winners. This is all of course if we miss out on KYRIE!!!

DWill's athleticism reminds me of Patrick Patterson. He seems to have better length & a better shot though.

I would say that, but I certainly don't trust his shooting mechanics or % rates. Sh*t screams an extended hot steak.

Shelvon Mack has been huge for Butler.

More of an european league prospect but oh well he'S been great.

True but this performance isnt that surprising from Williams. The guy is EFFICIENT. If you had to bet on who would put up 25 points on 11 shots, you always take him

no way I'd give up Ed for Williams, Ed has been a very impressive 4 for us, and there's no questions about him being able to play there. Looking at him today, I think he might be able to play the 3. I guess we won't know for sure until the workouts.

Great to see D-Will playing well as it's always nice to have more solid prospects to consider.

Why force Williams to play small forward? Let him be an undersized four with a quickness + decent shot and call it a day.

For sure, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying not too get too excited over a hot shooting performance. He's good but not that good.

Williams IMO is solidifying himself as a top 5. Maybe top 3.

He's one of 4 guys in the draft that I think have legit shots at being a start in the NBA.

I would definitely trade Davis for Williams (although I would prefer us playing Williams at 3 and Davis at 4). Williams is 2 years younger and has more polished game.

He's fast enough, with great length to play the 3. So why would you play him at a position where larger players might abuse him?

I don't think he's a better 4 than Ed Davis. At the 3 is where I think he has a real chance to shine.

This. D williams is solid, but I dont see the hype that everyone else is fascinated about.

Of course. No way his 2nd half is as good as his first, but I've always liked what he's shown (not just this game)
