Knight definitely with poor shot selection. 6-24 and 3-11 from 3 pointers. Ugly.

God, I hope we get Irving.

Cheers to that. I don't know if I really want either of these players. We've already got an offense first PG in Bayless that already has experience. I might start leaning towards Kanter, depending on how his measurements/ workouts go.

Praying for top 3 in the lottery.

He was playing PG earlier in the game, I think they start him at PG, and the other guy came off the bench. Kemba is very determined, he holds up the ball if he doesn't see the scoring chance, and he would set people up and make set for mis-match. I feel he is more of Wade type of personality, slacking a little on the defense, but when his guy gets the ball, he will play good defense against him. The only question is, can he guard bigger PG (such as Rose)?

Nah, the more I watch these guy play, the more I just want Irving.
Other than Irving and Derrick Williams, no one really impressed me much this tourny. Maybe the Euros or players who played in the NIT are better....

I concur. I'm stating to think Perry Jones would be the best option if he is still on the boards. Although I still believe he can't play the 3.

That's the way I see it. Barnes or Kanter might be a nice colsolation prize if we can't get top 2.

After that......yuck.....need to keep tanking...

Yeah, I've been totally against PJ to this point, but I may have to start opening my mind a little.

I hope this puts to rest the desire to draft either of these guys.

I wouldn't mind Kanter here either. I was against the euro bigs and PJ early on but I'm warming up to them. But I only want PJ here if BC or the new GM is moving on from Bargs. I do not want to be a team with three 7 foot perimeter players (I included Ajinca).

This game did not sway me one way or the other. Brandon Knight is still the better prospect going forward in the NBA game if you have to pick between Kemba or Knight. He played his heart out started getting gassed toward the end , Kentucky is not a deep team.

wow so much hate on Knight in the last few pages, I thought people praise him like he was the best prospect the raptors had to take in this year's draft lol.

Knight isn't bad, but we got DeRozan at the 2, and we need a PG who can set up plays (for like Davis or Amir) and pass the ball. Kambe is just a better fit, imo.

I was listening to the draftexpress podcast today and Jonathan Givony said this about Perry Jones. "If you want to say on a scale of 1 to 100 how much of a finished product is he, I would say maybe 25." I didn't think he was THAT raw. Either way, I hope we don't draft him.

if we end up 4th and the top 3 picks are

Irving
Williams
Barnes (i hope he drops to us)

and these are left on the board. Whos your choice?
- Kanter
- P.Jones
- K.Walker
- Val
- B.Knight

ideally we end up with Barnes IMO but if not i think id go with Kemba...

I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

Kemba has to be considered the #4 pick in this draft at this point.

He provides great leadership, clutch playmaking, rebounding for his position and perimeter defense (watch the films).

Yes he's probably 5'11"-6'0" tall but everything else about him is superior. If he was 6'2" we'd be talking #1 or #2 pick. 2" isn't going to make that much of a difference- ask Allan Iverson.

I think that's actually encouraging considering he wasn't even as bad as many people think he was. If he miraculously goes from 25 to 100 on the scale, we have a superstar.
