Re: GM-a-Team: Spring 2011 Discussion thread
DEPTH CHART
Wall/ Watson/ Pargo/ Lucas
Harden/ Roy/ Crawford/ Bogans
Iggy/ Korver/ Butler
Davis/ Thomas
Noah/ Jeffries
2011 1st Miami 2011 1st Chicago 2012 1st Chicago
Looking to move these picks and any combo of Watson, Pargo, Lucas, Roy, Bogans, Butler, Thomas, Jeffries for a upgrade. Solid rotational player or starter.
Wall, Harden, Iggy, Noah, Davis extremely hard to get. Will package combos of these players for a young stud. Am happy to move Noah but would only do so if I was bringing back a young Center or he was part of a trade so a superstar.
Enough of the ridiculous trade offers.. If before you send it you think to yourself I wonder if this bloke will fall for this? dont send it because it is a waste of my time and a insult. Allthough I am bored in this game and would like to spice it up.

Thad Young for Harden, Crawford is NOT lowball. You're stupid for thinking that, and it's not gonna win you any of these games either.

Re: GM-a-Team: Spring 2011 Discussion thread
Ok so lets resort to name calling? real mature! not lowball? Thads numbers might be better than Hardens but he plays on a average team as argueably the 1st or 2nd option. Harden is on a very good team as the 3rd option. Harden also has a higher cieling. Young is also a RFA and in this game means I would have to overpay to keep him. Plus Crawford is putting up big numbers in his rookie season. I dont know about anyone else but I doubt I would even do Crawford for Young straight up given Crawfords potential and Young contract size and status. So lowball? yer big one

Guys if you've got a problem with one another keep it private.
It's only a game
It's only a game

Enough. Please. Stop. Complaining. When you get an offer you don't like, "no thanks" works really, really well.

Thank you. I've gotten offers 100x worse, but I don't call the people out. And it's not like this offer was even bad.

Crawford sucks. His numbers are inflated.

Um...pardon me coming through..hehe...excuse me um...could you guys way in as a panel and tell the Warrior's and King's organizations what you think about our newly worked out deal. Fair, unfair, should be vetoed nor vetoed; what?

It's fair. I actually sort of like how the Warriors are rebuilding, clearing the bad contracts, getting tons of picks. They're gonna have a lot of lotto picks in the next 3 seasons. And that's the best way to rebuild-through the draft.

David Lee is overpaid and is being swaped for Thompson who has good size allthough is still raw, could flourish in a new system... and you give up 3 1sts for AA yer? its definatly a fair deal!

LOL I guess him giving me cousins and Evans would make it almost an even trade then?

Re: GM-a-Team: Spring 2011 Discussion thread
Well my 2 cents:
Lee is paid maybe $2m per year to much, but he's a big guy who rebounds and scores a decent amount of points. Yeah he's not a defensive player, but 16/10 is better than the majority of PF's.
Afflalo is highly rated, ideal role player. Sac's 1st won't be as valuable as it would have been without this trade happening, which puts it into context.
Jason Thompson meanwhile has been around long enough for us to realise there's probably not much untapped potential there.
So all in all it's close to a fair trade.

Well I guess its fair to say..David Lee is back on the block. I'm looking for either a pg (i.e; CP3, Parker, Rose, Westbrook, Lawson, Wall...).
