He split up from Project Pat and that other person and started a new label and learned the guitar for a rock band. He's putting out a rock album (band was Wizard, forget what the new name is though) and dropping a rap mixtape at the same time. He's also done with weed. I think he crashed on coke and other drugs and decided to give it all up, although he always says it was just weed (weed doesn't ruin a lifestyle like that though, hard drugs do).

I loved his last album, it's just really dark and full of self loathing and self pity imo. I can understand how it disappointed many of his casual fans though. Played through it a lot when I got depressed over fall and winter. His first album is very good when you're stressed out and his mixtape is good anytime.

I kind of like "Legend of Mr. Ranger" more than "Man on the moon". Took some time to like it but its a little deep and beautiful in a sense.

Both were totally different albums, his first album was a classic, up-beat and then the second album was more deep, darker. Still liked it though I was disappointed with it.
