East-
Cavs- only because I think it make sense for them to be...long term
Pistons- see Cavs. I honestly see the PIstons making some significant dump trades to help facilitate a rebuild.
Bobcats- They seem to be a starting a s...l...o...w rebuild, and don't have strong enough draft picks to offset the kinds of moves they make.

West
Wolves- eventually they are going to have to bring in some experienced talent.
Kings- I do think they will be one of those franchises that goes from 22-60 one year to 41-41 the following.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Cavs with the worst record. No I don't think they'll challenge that 26 game loss record but I can still seem them being under 20 wins. I think they'll likely unload Jamison and Varejao for youngsters and just about everyone knows it's experience that wins in the NBA.

And I'm going to say the Jazz. The centerpiece of their team at the moment is Al Jefferson, and that's a recipe for a terrible season.

Ehhh, jury is still out. New ownership may bring big changes, and a coach has yet to be hired. If we hire Isiah Thomas or Dwayne Casey, then yes. Probably the worst team in the league.

Favors is the franchise player and there's a decent chance Al gets moved. That being said, they do have a good shot

I wish the Pistons could be the worst team in the league but they're much more likely to be mediocre and end up with another 7th-10th pick for the 3rd year in a row.

lol Charlotte beat Toronto 4-0 in the regular season, tied 2-2 with Washington.

Charlotte has never been the worst team in the league, even in the expansion year, contrary to what some may think.

Gerald Wallace resurrected what Charlotte Bobcats had when they were the Hornets, heart. Bobcats certainly won't be the worst team next year.

Saying that, probably the Raps or Wizards.

Wizards? Yonug, Wall, McGee and Blatche would all start on the Raps. How many Raptors would start for the Wiz? You're seriously discounting the Raptors overall lack of talent.

I'm gonna go with Milwaukee or sacramento. I think raps will be in ok shape , demarr derozan's gonna take a big step. bobcats could be pretty bad too.

i don't see cousins maturing, and the bucs roster is trash outside of bogut and jennings, and bogut will miss enough games to keep them near the bottom of the nba,

Most Raptors fans have come towards an acceptance that so long as Bryan Colangelo is in town, we will remain as the official D-League team of the NBA.
