Just listened to it. It's an old track, he makes a reference to Lil Wayne to whom he and Wayne along with Cash Money had a falling out, resulting in Curren$y getting dropped from the label. Curren$y is much better lyrically and his beats are of much better production now.

It's a mixtape, very rarely is the whole thing going to be banging without a lot of money. That tape had a lot of tracks too.
