I already have a workout plan and I'm working out with an MMA fighter, started running 3 miles on weekends and plan to increase it to 7 gradually. I just need some discipline in terms of eating to get where I want to be. I turn 26 in a short time and if this my metabolism isn't going to be the same in a few years.

Not much to report, one of the girls brought in her boyfriend and the jersey shore douche bag made everyone uncomfortable. His girlfriend was pissed that he was flirting with others and spoiled the party.

The girls did go topless and I got a bare hug from 3 of them. These things need to go seamlessly and everyone needs to get really comfortable/drunk for there to be enough fun.
