There will be an appeals process but it is not going to be easy to get these overturned. In some cases, the user will be better off not posting on the forum as I' have seen users flourish and stay out of trouble while not posting on The General NBA Forum.

When a user is issued a Board Ban, the ban will be in place for a minimum of 6 months. Within 30 Days of receiving the Board Ban, the user will receive a sentence for when they can appeal along with information. I will personally be sending the private message to the user.

The appeal eligibility could be after 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 5 years or even life without the possibility of appeal. It will be a case by case basis.
