You already have, you're just waiting for Beltran to approve the trade. Which he will. But he's not playing today so he doesn't matter.

Another bat is what you needed, but honestly I don't think it'll be enough to get you over the hump. Wilson just isn't what he was last year and Lincecum is slumping. Pair that with arguably your best player out for the rest of the season and I can't see the Giants as serious contenders.

Yeah, but thats what all the so called "experts" said last year throughout the playoffs. The Giants, if we can get past the opening round, should play Phillies well, we got a good track record against those pitchers, plus our big 4 Linc, Cain, Sanchez and Zito should hold it down pretty well. Gonna be interesting tonight.
