#113: NYK and LAL have a trade to announce:

To LAL:
Eric Maynor ($1,516,880
Derek Fisher ($3,400,000)

Total: 4,916,880 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 6,246,100

To NYK:
Mike Miller ($5,400,000)
Andrew Goudelock ($473,604)
2014 LAL 2nd

Total: 5,873,604

Deal works.

LAL accept. We give up an overpaid Miller (who we actually like...) and a few 2nds for a great backup PG in Maynor and a vet presence in Fisher. This really fills our PG need for the now.

^ Our trade is actually #113

Knicks accept!

Log jam at the PG spot. Miller fills a need at the backup sf spot.

The Toronto Raptors, Memphis Grizzlies, and Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to the following trade:

Toronto receives:
F Travis Outlaw ($7,000,000)
G Jodie Meeks ($884,293)

Memphis receives:
F Charlie Villanueva ($7,540,000)
2015 2nd (New Jersey)

Philadelphia receives:
PG Darius Morris ($490,180)
SG Manny Harris ($788,872)
2014 1st (Memphis) (Top 10 Protected)
2016 2nd RND (Toronto)

Raptors agree to this deal. Trade works as salaries are basically even.

Philly accepts. We get 4 players (2 in the future) for Jodie Meeks, who was traded for a 2nd + he was expendable after getting Gordon.

Trade 114 >>>KINGS - PISTONS ANNOUNCE TRADE

The Sacramento Kings agreed to trade SG/SF John Salmons to Detroit in exchange for newly acquired Vince Carter and Elliot Williams.

Sacto sends Salmons ($ 8M) out for Vince Carter ($5.5M) & Ellioit Wms (1.348) = $8,560,000. The salaries work.

Detroit reports they needed to upgrade their SGs and felt Salmons provide the instant offense and tough Defense they are looking to achieve.

Raptors agree to switching Harrington for Outlaw in the above. Trade still works as Harrington makes less than Outlaw.

116#

PDX and NJ have a trade to announce, PHX cuts Roger Mason and Darius Songaila:

PDX outgoing:
Pau Gasol $18,714,150
Steve Nash $11,689,062
total: $30,403,212

NJ outgoing:
Deron Williams $16,359,805
Glen Davis - $5,000,000
Ben Wallace - $2,200,000
Leon Powe - $854,389
Vlad Radmonovic - $854,389
HOU 2012 1st
total: $25,268,583

Deron Williams is a legit superstar in his prime. He is quite young, has no injury history and is a big, strong guard that is about as pure a PG anyone. He can take over games with his scoring when needed. The other pieces are good assets to find a C. We like our chances to keep Williams heading into FA.

Sac-town accepts and is glad to get their first deal of the game done. I don't like VC and will probably look to get rid of him ASAP. But I like Salmons and the 4 years remaining on his deal even worse. I also like Elliot Williams as a prospect. He's got skills and size. He's raw but he has potential.

#117: LAL, MIA, DET and BOS have a 4 way deal to announce.
This is the true version of this deal and all parties agree to it and it works under the current CBA. Mods, please delete the other 115's as this is the correct deal.

Part 1

LAL
IN:
Nene Hilario ($11,500,000)
Tracy McGrady ($5,800,000)
Xavier Henry ($2,171,640)

Total: 19,471,640

OUT:
Lamar Odom ($8,900,000)
Marcus Thornton ($6,000,000)
Devin Ebanks ($788,872)

Total: 15,688,872 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 19,711,090

BOS
IN:
Lamar Odom ($8,900,000)
Marcus Thornton ($6,000,000)
Kris Humphries ($5,875,000)
Brandan Wright ($2,500,000)

Total: 23,275,000 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 29,193,750

OUT:
Jeff Green ($4,455,988)
Brandon Bass ($4,000,000)
Nene Hilario ($11,500,000)
Tracy McGrady ($5,800,000)

Total: 25,755,988

DET
IN:
Brandon Bass ($4,000,000)
Jeff Green ($7,500,000)
Devin Ebanks ($788,872)

Total: 12,288,872

OUT:
Kris Humphries ($5,875,000)
Brandan Wright ($2,500,000)
Xavier Henry ($2,171,640)

Total: 10,546,640 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 13,283,300

Part 1 works.

Part 2

To MIA:
Wayne Ellington ($1,154,040)

To BOS:
TPE worth $1,154,040 (From trade #4)

Part 2 works.

LAL accept. We have been pursuing a 2 way C in this league for a long time, and we found one. Nene is a brute down low. He provides great offense, solid D, and a combo big that can play both C and backup PF for us. With Haywood on the team as a pure defensive C, it's good to bring in Nene to add some scoring while keeping the D. Tmac is a TO next year, so a big exp for us, and Henry is Ebanks 2.0. Nice dealing guys.

Re-posting this trade, which was delayed because of the five-day rule. Prior to the trade, Charlotte waives the immortal Matt Carroll to open a roster spot.

Trade #98

Charlotte Out / San Antonio in:
Dante Cunningham $2,000,000 - $1,000,000 byc

San Antonio Out / Charlotte in:
Da'Sean Butler $788,872 (min salary exempt to rule)
Gary Neal $788,872 (min salary exempt to rule)
$1,577,744 x 1.25 + $100,000 = $2,072,180 > $2,000,000

Charlotte accepts - we like and need Neal's shooting more than a fourth young PF.
