I lived beside the upper campus frat row my freshman year. Always parties always tempting.

I know that drinking is not allowed but is smoking? My egyptian swimmer friend does it and it always surprised me.

People interpret the rules differently. I have a few uncles who drink but swear off smoking and vice versa. I stay away from both substances coz I'm good like that.
