Pre-workouts are good if you work out in the morning or afternoon or else you cannot sleep with all the caffeine from them. I work out with a few MMA guys at the gym and Jack3d and No-xplode are the most popular ones.

I jerk off before going for a workout though, I heard it boosts the testosterone levels in your system for an hour and half. :lol:
