At this rate we might end up with a Chris Duhon/Q Rich acquisition once again......Trying hard to stay optimistic but with these news recently.....Man it's getting tough....I hope we can pull a rabbit out a hat....If not then i will just have to be prepared to possibly enjoy this last Run with Dwight in the O-Zone

I feel like the Clips are gonna have to give up Gordon to get Paul.

We'll probablly know something either Thurs or Friday..Seems like both teams would like to move their star players before the start of the season. What makes me sick is that everyone says Dwight wants to win now...Well...He's already winning now. I dont think it's realistic to think he'll win a title right now....I hope he knows that. If they cant do anything now they can next offseason and he knows they will there's never been a lack of trying to improve.

We're hearing Jamal Crawford lands in Chicago via S&T or in New Orleans...the Hawks look to replace him with Tracy McGrady ...good luck!

the Bulls can get Crawford (no tears here) and maybe we can land David West in a S&T deal w/ Jason Richardson (too much of a longshot Iknow). I really think Paul is going to get traded before the 25th, West isn't going to spend the rest of his time w/ the Hornets w/o Paul.

D. West might not be a star player and probably isn't on Dwight's "list", but I think he can be a legitimate #2 for this team.

J-Rich needs to kick rocks.....Too inconsistent and virtually brings nothing to the table that Redick can't emulate

Yea, if Gordon is offered for Paul, NOH take it and run. Gordon/Jordan/Minny 1st is as good a deal you can get.

Yep not looking good atm now our only hope is that NOH sends him to a team he will not re-sign with and we try to get him in the summer or we can go all in for Morrow to make Howard happy...

I like how the source is stating Dwight wants to stay. He HAS TO buy into decimating this team to clear enough space for DWill if he wants to stay here.

Sounds like CP3 would only sign an extension with the Clippers if they sign Chandler to a long term deal, which they probably would. That would be a nice team out there. Still not even close to what Paul could have done with Howard IMO.

Maybe we can still get Williams or Ellis. Williams IMO will not stay with the Nets, since Dallas will offer him a max deal. It is either wait and see for Howard or go play with Dirk and unlimited assets from Cuban. That should be an easy decision for him, unless of course we can get him beside Howard in Orlando.

I can't see NJ trading Dwill to us after trading away Harris, Favors, and picks just a few months ago. They're all in and letting it ride

You never know, but I have my doubts about getting Williams, just like I had my doubts about getting Paul especially since he was willing to go to the Clippers who have great assets to give up for him. Howard might just have to accept what he has and move on.

I respect Dwight's decision but I CANNOT see Orlando landing Paul, Williams, Ellis or any other difference maker. It'd take a crazy stroke of luck or Paul saying he only wants to play for Orlando...which is our only hope here. The best we can offer The Hornets would focus on a re-signed Richardson, Nelson and I guess Anderson as our focal points with their deal focused on Paul and off-loading Okafor, both of whom would fit in well here.

Probably the best we can hope for is a package from The Bulls and asking for Noah, Deng and Gibson whilst giving away Howard and Turkoglu and allowing us to amnesty the albatross that is Arenas. I really don't like the idea of us placing faith in Bynum's health and Gasol who seemed to age rapidly in the second half of the season.

Unless we get a miracle, sometime this season Dwight is gone. :(
