He has been successful in 2 offenses, what did each have in common? A dominant low post presence (Yao, and Randolph). He does not fit as well in Miami or Chicago as he does in Orlando is Dwight stays. And trust me, he is taking it into consideration.

According to sources, the Hornets expressed interest in trading Chris Paul to the Warriors and they engaged in talks. There hasn't been an expectation of anything getting done from Golden State's perspective because of the understanding that Paul wouldn't sign off on an extension.

But there is a circumstance in which the Warriors would be willing to trade for Paul as a rental and that would be if Monta Ellis went to New Orleans in return.

Retaining Curry would allow the Warriors to preserve their best trade chip and he could also possibly play shooting guard beside Paul.

Trading Curry and Tyson Chandler to the Magic for Dwight Howard could be a possibility at a later date.

Did we go over this all ready? Been gone for a bit. Dwight for S. Curry and Chandler. Do you take it?

If Dwight doesn't resign for GS, it doesn't matter if we take it, cause they're not making that deal

Looks like Golden State wants to trade Ellis for CP3 and are open to trading Stephen Curry for Dwight.

Man, if Dwight say's he's gone, how do you turn down Stephen Curry if your Orlando management? Curry is already one of the best SGs in the game and has the potential to be THE BEST shooting guard in the league in another three or four years. How do you turn that down if Dwight is telling you he's gone?

A Stephen Curry deal would be 10x better than getting Bynum or Rondo.

This is the speculation thread so I didn't think it was that much of a stretch to imagine that Dwight would sign an extension in GS to play with CP3.

He's a pg... And yes he's a good potentially great player but I think we could do better

At some point, if Dwight says he's going, whether it's now, in March, or in the summer, we're going to have to accept a deal for him. This is all just speculation though, I feel pretty good Dwight is gonna stay for a while, but to me, S. Curry and Chandler is the one deal I'm good with taking that I've heard so far.

you would think that takes them out of the running. I'm going to guess that CP3 ends up a Laker.

no way he goes to houton. in the end NOH will see that getting something (our offer) is better than letting him walk. *prays*

Yep, same thought process!

I haven't heard much about Houston and what they would offer... there is NO WAY Houston would offer Kevin Martin (if they wanted a 2nd star in CP3 to play with him)... the only package they could offer would be Scola, Lowry, and J.Hill (or CLee)

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=7rkok59

And IF Houston did offer Kevin Martin they could only offer someone like Lowry packaged with Martin

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=75cle9c

I don't think Houston has a better package then us (in terms of what Houston is willing to give up compared to us). I'm sure CP3 would love to play with Kevin Martin, but the rest of the Houston team isn't that great after those two, and the package NOH would receive from HOU wouldn't be better than what we could offer NOH. And I doubt CP3 would want to play with Scola (IF Houston ended up offering Martin to NOH instead). Scola is aging, and there is no other star to play with... CP3 wouldn't like that.

So Orlando is actually sitting pretty after Houston!... We should be ahead of them anyway imo.

Wow... we have to be doing the same. My 3-team deal I posted on here (pg. 63) was pretty good... hope Otis is finding as many partners to work with in a three-team deal with NOH and Orl. COME ON!... the last thing I want to hear is CP3 ending up in Boston of all places  Like that fanbase really needs anymore gifts
