i think everyone is waiting for lakers trade, although I don't understand what the missing pieces are? i guess if nene goes to houston then the other teams start going to plan b

I find it amazing Turiaf's name hasn't been mentioned on twitter once in over 24 hours. Strange.

yes, but we have to be approaching surpassing the cap right about now. So if magic take on salary that defeat the purpose of amnesty arenas to use the mle.

My attempts to get excited for this stuff are pretty half-hearted. Big Baby at best might make it so we don't miss Bass... Von Wafer at best won't be a disaster. Just like the trades made last season, I don't know how they help unless there's really something else big planned.

Man, ESPN won't stop the Dwight to Nets rumors.

Dwight Howard will ask the Orlando Magic to trade him to the New Jersey Nets, and a deal could go down as soon as Friday, sources close to the situation said.

Howard's representatives have already told the Nets that they are his preferred destination.

When Howard speaks to the Magic, he will tell them that he will not re-sign with the team after this season, sources said. There is also a chance that Howard will not attend the opening of training camp Friday, according to a source.
