Sign B.Diddy when amnestied, and trade JJ + Ryan For Jackson.. I don't care about any "value" these playoff no-shows are said to have by this board.
Dwight/Baby/Jackson/J.Rich/Davis WILL make a playoff run...
Ryan Anderson and JJ Redick are jokes to guys like Lebron and Peirce...

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part VIII)
I'm honestly dead set on firing Otis at this point...
Not the fact that he's going to trade Dwight...
Its the fact he would have trade him for an Older Gerald Wallace who has a player option at the end of THIS season in which he'll probably opt out and leave. This guy has no **** idea what he's doing at this point.....
Please FREAKING FIRE OTIS.

Otis has absolutely no vision whatsoever. I wish the NBA and David Stern was running this team....at least they know how to negotiate.

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part VIII)
The reason why Dwight wants to be traded before the deadline is because he wants his new team to have his Bird Rights. So what happens if we don't trade him and he opts out? We retain his Bird Rights and can offer him the most right? By opting out, do we lose his Bird rights?

Wait, did I read this well? Has Dwight asked for a trade again today??
If so, I guess all those "positive" sings from him the past 2 days were a little (VERY) hypocrite??
Someone get that Lakers GM back on the phone please

+1 Don't know why RDV has yet to figure this out. Otis is about to set this team back 10-15 yrs.

Don't think so, not sure. Mad Guru started a new thread on it, but someone suggests the article is old.

Don't worry guys, every time we hear bad news, it's followed by good news. And vice versa.

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part VIII)
the article says yesterday dwight requested another trade, maybe that's why last night 15 people tweeted "get ready", it makes sense with the news last night and early this morning

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part VIII)
if we can pull off a trade to get dwight a little help and make it to at least the ecf this year i think he stays. we need to call his bluff. this is why he is putting more pressure on now. i don't think he'll walk from the extra money we will be able to give him as opposed to what he gets from signing with the nets. he is constantly flip flopping.

Id rather take the risk of him leavin because one more season of havin a chance is better than a 500 team with no high picks and years and years of never havin a chance

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part VIII)
I wonder what the Lakers offered, cause they certainly have offered us something, just not anything good. We're gonna get stuck with a Dwight/Bynum swap at the deadline.

we have no shot at keeping him if these constant trade request rumors are true. Let the tanking begin!
