Nick Young, 1yr #Wizards deal in hand, said he'll take it out on league: "I’m not going to sit back and pout. Nobody owes nobody nothing."

A triple negative? Wow he must mean business.

Hmmm....
I wonder what the Wiz offered Nick.

I only wish:
A. We could have done a sign-and-trade
B. Drafted some offense, we are deeply in-the-hole in that regard
New Jersey Nets Rookie MarShon Brooks Could Be Surprise Rookie of the Year
MarShon Brooks may not be projected to win the Rookie of the Year with top draft picks Kyrie Irving, Ricky Rubio and Derrick Williams looking to be forces right out of the gate.
However, with the combination of ample playing time, a strong point guard and a variety of scoring abilities, he could easily lead all rookies in scoring and surprise the NBA and become Rookie of the Year.
Nets like what they see from Marshon Brooks after pro debut
Ask Avery Johnson about MarShon Brooks’ professional debut, and the question brings an instant smile to the Nets coach’s face.
“He was just what we wanted,” Johnson said Saturday after Brooks scored 10 points in 14:38 off the bench in the Nets’ 92-83 loss to the rival Knicks at the Prudential Center. “Being able to make plays off the dribble … we didn’t have that last year. Exactly what we want; we want him to be able to make plays off the dribble — I don’t even mind if he takes a bad shot. I want him to be aggressive.”
Klay Thompson makes solid 1st impression
It took all of one practice, and Warriors head coach Mark Jackson was ready to make a lofty proclamation about rookie Klay Thompson:
"Klay is ready today. He's ready today. He's a big-time talent," Jackson said. "I've seen coaches who would never play rookies, but that's not my train of thought. Klay Thompson will play right away. There's no question about it. He's that good".

One could also argue that with Wall, having actual weapons would make us mediocre too fast, so we had to cripple ourselves for one more year.

Horrible deal. This guy has had 1 year with a PER over 11 and you pay him over $8 million a year? W T F

So true. Even with the rookies that look horrible, were told it's early, give them time.
I've said this like a broken record lately, but a lot of conclusions are being jumped to with very little data. Wow, Marshon Brooks scored 10 pts in 13 minutes of a preseason game, everyone better watch out!
