I don't think he's agreed to anything and I feel for him, especially when people are throwing stuff at the wall thinking one out of 100 is going to stick.

He's good though, he's scoring in international competitions as well but sill unproven and relatively lightweight for his age.

I really like Neymar. I thought he'd be just another selfish player with great techniques, but he can make some very nice forward passes from time to time. I think he's stronger than he looks too. Its Ganso's strength that I question. As for the rumors, they are most likely fake just like the previous 1000 that had him going to Chelsea, Barca and Real. I wish he joined Chelsea last year though. It was probably the only time Chelsea had a legitimate chance.

De Rossi for 70M? I say BS. Not the first time Italian director/president lied to the public

Honestly from my point of view it kinda sucks he's staying in Brazil, since he's wasting young healthy years in an inferior league, but I respect him for doing that and the Brazilians must love him for that.

What is this 2005?
"I know nothing of alleged interest from Manchester United," Huntelaar said to Voetbal International. "I will not even speculate, I am concentrating fully on Schalke.

"I'll let any offers come to me quietly and will then see what happens. This is the attitude I've always had. My contract runs until the summer of 2013. If they [Schalke] want to talk, I'll gladly listen."

England defender Cahill, who turned 26 this month, is out of contract at the end of the season and Bolton are now looking to cash in during the January window.

"Regarding Gary Cahill, there has been dialogue between ourselves and Chelsea," Bolton said on their Twitter page. "He is a top player and is fully focused on Bolton."

Cahill is expected to feature for Bolton against Newcastle and Wolves on Boxing Day and New Year's Eve respectively.

He's been pretty crap lately.

^rofl at the Hunter rumours. I remembered when I wanted him at United really badly like 3-4 years ago.

He's been lighting it up for Shalke lately. But, with Welbeck, Berbatov, Rooney, and Hernandez coming back, seems unnecessary.

Chelsea and Bolton have agreed a fee for Cahill

Really pleased about this, he's been horrible this year but hopefully playing with JT can kick start him back into gear, not only does this please me as a Chelsea fan, but as an England fan too. £7 million is a bargain as well. Low risk-high reward for us.

I love watching Napoli so i hope it's as good a move as people have been speculating. They have been spending some serious money too.

I agree he's been crap. And even if he turns things around and lives up to his reputation, between Ivanovic and (the money spent on) Luiz, i think it's a bit of an unnecessary move.

7 million for a player who is six months away from leaving on a free is only a bargain in the bloated English market. It's crazy to compare the money Real Madrid spent on Ozil and Sahin to the money spent on the likes of Ashley Young and Cahill.

You need to be a positionally strong center back to survive with Terry because JT is a guy who makes a living out of going into last ditch tackles. From what I saw of Cahill so far this season he seems like a similar guy except with a inclination to making mistakes while throwing into those tackles.

I think they might be looking to move Luiz on.

I think Cahill's just going to be Alex's replacement. The club and the manager are very high on Luiz who's been great defensively since dropping that high defensive line crap.

Still I like the signing because he's got that homegrown status, worked well with JT and wasn't very expensive.

I've been very curious about that entire ordeal. Did they ditch it for good or is AVB just waiting for more appropriate pieces to reinstate it? It's remarkable how immediately visible the change is when you watch Chelsea. In theory, Luiz is exactly the kind of defender you'd want if your goal is to maintain a high line and make the pitch smaller, and Cahill is a bit of a misfit in that environment.

I think they just decided to go back because the high defensive line was clearly not working. If we learned anything since Jose left, it's that no matter what the new managers try to do, the team only functions when they go back to Mourinho football with Drogba playing in the center forward position.

Henry's loan return to Arsenal is basically a done-deal.

Do you think it's true that Chelsea is interested in Hulk?

AVB probably likes both Hulk and Pereira but at the prices Porto's asking for, I doubt either happens. Both are cup-tied too

Saw a couple reports that Arsenal are close on a 13 MIllion pound deal for Podolski. Would be a great signing, imo. Him and someone like Juan Vargas, would be amazing.

Why don't you guys buy a proper center forward? Podolski is one of many winger/attacking players you already have.
