im just tired of dwight saying he wants a trade because he wants to "win". if his ass would knock down some free throws and cut down on his turnovers we would have a banner up by now smh.

i still dont believe him though. i still think he just wants the fame that comes with playing in a bigger market.

LMAO at these refs in the clipper game... also loling at the sudden trendiness and general bs personalities of LA fans selling out staples for the clips. FAIRWEATHER FTW!

wade STILL getting the benefit of every whistle even with that team. GO CLIPS!

Dwight must totally be missing FTs on purpose because his secret agenda is to actually lose!

I hope Dwight didn't pay much for his free throw lessons.

He actually does well in practice. In the game not so much. It's all mental with him. Maybe he should see a hypnotist.

The Magic is now 2-0 in this four game road trip. Now tonight @ GSW and then Monday @NYKs. One game at a time!

Statistically this was a very odd game.

Points:
Orlando overwhelming won the FG% battle at 58.6% to 47.7% (with nearly 60% on the 3-ball).
Portland overwhelming won the FT% battle at 92.3% to 47.4%

Possessions:
Orlando overwhelming won the rebounding battle at 42 to 32
Portland overwhelming won the TO battle at 7 to 18

Normally this is a game that is a head-scratcher for a coach. But for Stan-the-Man, i) he has a game today and ii) all road wins are good win.

I think you meant Portland won the TO battle.

Good win....On to the next one....I don't think we'll lose to Golden State imo but anything can happen...Back to Back so i expect some bench contributions...hopefully the hot shooting carries over and we leave the turnovers in Portland

I think this could be a tough one. The Warriors have been up and down but have some huge wins on their home court. Mark Jackson's doin a pretty good job down there.

Orlando is with confidence and is rested relative to a BtB (they sat in a Portland hotel for two nights). GSW is likely overly existed with their surprising win and a let-down on their side is expected.

I see a Magic blow-out for this game.

I just don't see this 'disinterest' from Dwight. Defense is ALL about effort, and considering he was engaged and playing that PnR defense well in the fourth, then it's tough to question. He's engaged on the bench, cheering for his teammates when he's not on the floor. As far as the FT% and TO's, those have been Dwight's problem throughout his career, so I don't know how you can attribute that to mentally checking out... To me, it seems like the cloud of his trade demand, hangs over the fans (I personally don't see it affecting the team on the court), so it's easy to attribute any shortcomings of Dwight's game to wanting out of Orlando, and not caring about being on the court for the Magic.

I find it ironic, that people rake the national media over the coals for CONSTANTLY bringing up Dwight's departure from Orlando, when it seems to permeate every thread and bringing a negative tone to the posts on this board..

Several positive signs from last night:

-Great ball movement
-Effort getting back in transition D
-Jason Richardson had his third solid game in a row
-Jameer got out of his scoring slump

Hedo will be the reason we win this game.

I so called this too. I was due.

Best first half I've seen from our boys in a few years. Knew Portland would make their run. but I had a feeling Turk would clinch it.
