my mom just called me after i made that post, so here's another play by play of my life, mind you this is all in spanish, my mom doesn't speak english:

mom: "hey, answer your phone, i always have to call your lady to get to you"

me: "wassup?"

mom: "what channel is the lakers/clippers game going to be on?"

me: "its on cable, so you won't be able to watch it"

mom: "oh, well, i guess its better i keep watching mexico vs. venezuela instead of watching the lakers lose again"

me: "....."
