Dwight spent way too much time in the offseason making his freethrow shooting worse... his post game is nonexistent this year. So many misses.

Even though he has made his intentions pretty clear, I thought at the very least Dwight would "bring it" each night he stepped on the floor regardless of whether he gets traded or not, but it appears he is going through the motions and biding his time. Whatever Stan has been saying to them seems to have fallen on deaf ears, because the "team" is not responding. It's one thing to lose because a team is more talented than you are, but when your losing games because of piss poor effort it really says a lot about the character of individuals.
