Miami announcers just said that Magic likely to keep Dwight till the summer, then sign and trade him so he can get max contract and the new team gets his bird rights. Why is everyone on different pages when it comes to the CBA? I thought that was not possible now.

sign and trades are an option for just the first two years of the cba.
