Oh. It's not just bloods, "gangsters" in general don't dress like that. A real "gangster" is someone who is standing on the corner selling a lick to come up with the money for an eviction notice with a glock strapped to them doing whatever they can to feed their family, knowing any moment could be their last. It's certainly not the best way to make a living but when you drop out of high school in the 10th grade and don't have any aspirations in continuing an education, what more can you do? These are the type of people that wouldn't dare do what Wayne does. Only reason Wayne gets a pass is because his dad Birdman happens to be involved with the gang. And seeing as Wayne has that "rebellious, don't give a ****" style about him, him being portrayed as being in a gang fits the bill and helps sell records to the youth who also want to be on that rebellious tip.

I'm not a thug nor a gangster but I have been around a few and they're not throwing up signs wearing bright colors and spotted pants.
