I'm not sure if it's being out muscled that's the problem. Pekovic is on a big man killing spree and Wolves fans have said Biyombo defended him better than any big man he faced. And Pekovic may arguably be the strongest player in the league at the moment.

For Biyombo I think he just needs to "learn" how to defend better. With Hibbert he needs to learn he can't give him good post position so easily.

biz quickly gets another shot at hibbert, unless silas goes brain dead again and gives diop 20 minutes again.

Silas on Biyombo: "Biz is not afraid. He has a toughness about him. I didn't think he'd make this much progress'' as a rookie.

Biz has been killing it with his # of blocks lately. He is going to end up having a 10 block game this season if he continues to improve at the rate he has.

I noticed Bismack blocked or altered a lot of shots by using body contact tonight. Looks like he's already getting a reputation as a physical player, and it shows by his foul numbers being relatively low.

Here I am doubting this kid and praising our pick of Kemba. Was I wrong. Kemba looks so-so and Biymobo looks like the real deal. Yet, he's only 19 years old.

Honestly even being on his bandwagon I didn't expect this level of improvement and commitment! He has made incredible strides in literally 2 months. it is scary to think what he will be like next year after summer league and training camp, he is the real deal!

I love this kid's heart and determination. I hope it is infectious for the team and they all want success as badly as he seems to want it.

Yes^ the attitude means so much. He was the ONLY watchable Bobcat last night. Everybody else gave off this vibe that they knew the team was pathetic and another loss was coming. Not Biz. Did you see that block with just a few minutes left in a lost game?

Only thing is, I wish he would have decked Googly Eyes who was acting like he thought he was Wilt Chamberlain in garbage time.

when are the bobcats going to start marketing biyombo, even in the slightest? you cant even find a bismack jersey in the team store (unless i just didnt see it). he was our #7 pick and starting as a rookie. give the man some buzz bobcats.

did anyone else catch hibbert going up to biz after the game on wed night and saying something to biz? looks like said some positive things to biz, based on the body language of the two players. i thought that was pretty cool. thats when you know you are starting to make an impact. kinda reminded of of that cavs bobcats game many years ago when felton went nuts and scored 30 and lebron made a point to come over to felton after the game and give him some praise. little did we know then, but that would probably the the best game of his bobcat career. sigh.

Not bad for a 20 year old kid (assuming that he has already turned 20) just getting his feet wet in the nba.

Can't remember his birthday and it's been a while since we've been calling him 19?

I've been saying this the whole time. There's a reason he was 7 to Kemba's 9, and nearly taken 5th! He's gonna rock.

According to wikipedia his birthday is August 28, 1992...I don't know if that's the best guess or what he's always gone by or what.
