Yes it's through IP addresses that I assume Howard tracks you. When you get banned, it can be based of your IP and username. So when I use a certain program to mask my IP so that I can access Facebook here in Vietnam (gov't here banned Facebook just like China,) and then go to see RealGM, I show up as being banned and can't access the forum... unless I close the program, I can access RGM again.

ip matches, yeah. right to the left of the quote button in each post is a question mark icon called "information" thats gives you the ip where that post came from and if there are any current matching users and banned users.

If you don't go through IP masking efforts, you'll get caught right away if a mod ever clicks the "?", but if you mask your IP the chance of them catching you goes down drastically (unless proxy's are forbidden here?). Another alternative is to have your brother make an account.

If you get banned, just change your IP to one that works. Or completely move to another house/apartment/condo/villa/townhome with a new IP. Easy beasley. :lol:

Besides the fact she brought NBA talk into the community thread, she's also bringing up a topic that the board clearly has differing opinions on (see the Knicks GT) and is simply promoting the retardedness that is Linsanity.

I haven't watched Sportcenter in weeks because of it. IDK how NFL fans could watch ESPN during Tebow-mania.

I don't get how shipping a bromance is feeding into the Linsanity hype. They have great chemistry on and off the court; doesn't really say anything about how good he is as a player or about his overnight story. So chill out.

The topic wasn't brought up to get your opinion on it so you can keep it to yourself if it's really that big of an issue. I didn't say anything about his game. I was merely mentioning that he and Landry have a cute friendship that is reminiscent of Jordan/Luke a few years back.
