Golden State is either extremely faded or they're just trying to take advantage of the situation....IMO i don't think Ellis+Lee+Curry is equal value for Dwight but they're talking about only dealing Ellis for Howard.....I like Ellis and i really appreciate his talent and how he plays the game but Golden State is really gassing him up for someone who has never been an All-Star and has never lead his team past the first round.....hell most years they're fighting for 8th seed if that......

Golden State might be trying to game us here....could it be posturing of some sort? IDK

exactly... that's why I became frustrated with them... if this whole Dwight "trade request" thing wasn't public, I'm sure they wouldn't play hard ball like that... it's just crazy to think they value Ellis on the same level as Howard... and I like Ellis a lot, he's a star... but he is no Howard level star.

I'm also frustrated due to the reports that the Lakers want to trade Gasol to GS for Ellis and Lee, and the GS front office actually seemed intrigued by it. How is that any better or equal to Howard for Ellis? Makes no sense. Pau is in his 30s and on a terrible deal. That's why I think GS's front office is irritating.

You're correct about the posturing... it's just at an asinine level.

correct me if I am wrong, but they did pass the 1st round once.

seriously though, their GM is that guy who sucks his belly in and stick on his chest to seem muscular. But in fact, he haven't worked out in years. The problem here is that he buys into his own posturing and becomes delusional.

I personally think its the owner Lacob. He came in with all these big promises and now he is trying to make the big move to show the fan base a change in culture

Guys, when do you think the floodgates will open? This has got to be the most boring trade deadline ever. There aren't even news about potential trades...

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Oh yeah they did make past the first round i think that was the "We believe" year when they beat dallas.....but if i'm correct Ellis wasn't even a Starter at that point i could be wrong.....If he is sucking his belly in then Otis or somebody from our side needs to punch him right in his gut...knock the air out of him so some of the synapses in his brain can start firing.....

It's like they have a two pair trying to raise the stakes on us knowing that we have a full house.....why? IDK maybe it is a bluff...maybe they're trying to see if we blink first in some kid of dumb ass game of chicken.....

somewhere from page 60-63 here... a guy at True Blue Nation posted this (the same guy that posted Dwight Howard Twitter Direct Messages a couple month ago to his facebook and linked them, for proof purposes, and later deleted them.)

I hear you man. I play and run my own basketball league in San Antonio, TX. We started small but now we are starting to attract a lot of guys who have played overseas, college, semi-pro etc. so it is a very competitive basketball league. This season we are playing for money so the playoffs should get really interesting...

Who is this??? is he credible???
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Discussions between the Hawks and Magic are "totally legit," a source tells CBS' Ken Berger.
Executives told Berger that the Hawks have "expressed an eagerness to move Smith and would like to shed salary in the process." The Magic are in desperation mode as they try to retain Dwight Howard, and adding a talent like Smoove would be a step in the right direction. The Magic would instantly become a defensive force with Smith and Howard, two of the most dominating defenders in the NBA.

Smith and Nash....ok....who do we give up? i can see all our 3pt shooters gone lol.....J-Rich....Redick....Anderson....Jameer....Hedo....just don't see us blowing up the team like that....IDK....it would basically force Stan to play a different way....we can't play 1 in 4 out if Nash is the only good 3pt shooter on our team after the alleged deal.....Pray to god that if we do make a deal that we don't get Stuck with Big Baby Starting....that would be.....
