No statute of limitations. It's up to Orlando to present their case to the commissioner and then it will be investigated.
If the Nets owner AND GM met with Dwight before permission was granted, it's clear tampering and the penalties would be harsh -- they won't get Dwight and you guys may end up with a pick or more.
I have no idea why they waited so long to do this.
