I'm in another league with him where we have no limits and he's already on 39 adds/drops after 6 weeks

Actually, 44. But then again, I'm at 40 in that league, though at least 10-15 of those add/drops came before the season started.

It is fine, but whether you push down the move limit or eliminate the moves altogether; let us know before the draft, so that we can draft accordingly. Though I probably wouldn't play in a league with no moves.

I will only change it if I can convince a majority. But I will lobby for that when we are getting together for next season.

I just noticed that the trade deadline in the league is before the actual trade deadline.

This league is ridiculous... Pretty much everybody outside BWW has a realistic chance of making the PO's

Hopper and I are now in the dreaded "minimal moves matchup" The bad news is one must go. The good news is one will make the finals.

Other oddities... we have a 2vs3 seed matchup in one semifinal, but a 5vs8 in the other.

Hopp ran into a buzz saw. If he had a rematch with me this week it would be razor close, 5-4 him as I type but with turnovers very much undecided.

Instead the same effort against H-Town is 1-8.

Congrats to Fran for winning our 3rd place battle! I'm not sure that he changed his lineup any during our matchup, but that may have been a master stroke as he won the decisive turnover category by 2.

FFDL and FFL are getting under way. I will renew this league and invite everyone back, but since it's a live draft I'm going to wait until after Yahoo opens the game before making the new Money League thread and discussing who's returning and anything else we need to iron out. The live draft will be at some time close to season start, chosen to minimize problems for the participants. So stay tuned, but for now we have plenty of time. Probably late August before the roll/call and new thread.

Before then I will start FFRL, a slow draft roto league for the forum regulars. You are all invited:

Got the invite. Is there anyway we could move the draft date? That's my wife's birthday.

Draft date was just made to get through the reg flow. It's not final. We'll discuss it.

Rules will be similar to FFL, except live auction draft.
