By Manhattan standards those prices aren't that bad. Compare to Michael Jordan's Steakhouse and get back to me.

Also is that really the only alcohol available?

One thing though, 37 &10th is kinda a crummy spot. In the offseason the place will have a lot of days where they will struggle to get foot traffic. There's usually nothing going on at the Javitz Center either outside of the car show...
