I'm not a doctor :lol:

, but it's no worse than having an energy drink at any other time of the day. You'll just crash harder later because all you're ingesting is sugar... I don't think it's much worse nutritionally than a donut (don't quote me on that), but at least the donut has some fiber and protein to give you some longer term energy . Breakfast is important to jumpstart you metabolism, but I normally just have coffee.

I agree breakfast is important, I had subway with apple juice this morning for breakfast, I just finished it actually.
