The only bad thing on that list is them making you pay for a DLC that's already technically on the disc, it's just hidden so that they can make you pay an extra $10 for it along with however much you end up spending in multiplayer. Bioware requiring the online pass insures that they aren't losing money by people downloading an ROM off the internet or buying counterfit copies. Next gen consoles I'm sure will have something similar so you should get used to this type of stuff now. And there hasn't even been a patch for console versions.

My friends are telling me that the conclusion of ME is trash. I find that hard to believe since the conclusions of 1 and 2 were some of the best in games ever.

it's a damn game, just people who have nothing else to complain about. even the gay people are complaining about how there are no same sex relationship scenes in the game.

[Spoiler Alert] When you've spent 30+ hours in ME1, 40+ hours in ME2, countless money spent on DLCs, so many decisions to make only to have an ending that makes everything you did in the last 2 games meaningless, yeah thats why everyone is pissed off to the fullest.
