Wish i could see him play with Dwight though.....i can imagine a Ish/Dwight pick and roll where the defender can't leave Howard but can't stay in front of Ish because he's so fast.....that could cause some damage....but it will probably never come to fruition....because this is Stan we're talking about....
The same Stan we have now basically watched Rafer "Skip to ma lou" Alston help lead our team to the finals only to be benched for Jameer for some reason i stil don't understand.....Stan is so set on who he thinks should be playing that at times it hurts the team....
What gives you that thought that will happen? Did Stan say this will happen or this is just your hunch?
well it's just what i think based off of the Stan i know.....Duhon didn't play last night because of the suspension and he didn't play tonight as a result of management more or less telling Stan not to play him as sort of a punishment....i might be assuming but it's not like Stan wanted to play Ish it's more like he had no choice but.....who knows maybe these last two games showed Stan something...IMO he earned playing time...but with Stan that hardly means anything....
Seriously? Weren't you the one that broke the news that Ish would play over Duhon on this thread? Duhon will not see the floor just like he wouldn't have this season if this was a 82 game season cause Ish would have the necessary practice time to beat Duhon out of his job.
Hell Stan gave the kid a ton of credit after the game. Loved his energy on both ends and how he pushed the pace. Stated that he probably should have played him and other guys on the bench more. I know you and others think Stan is this stubborn mule who won't make a chance to save his life, but he is a coach that is loyal to his main players. I personally think that Ish won him over these past two games and he is going to continue to get minutes behind Jameer. If I'm wrong, then I'll eat crow but I doubt I will be.
