NJ and Toronto could BOTH feasibly pass us. Interesting...

Simply put, as long as Detroit doesn't win both games against NJ and TOR, we're guaranteed to be tied for 6th (assuming we lose out the season).

Yeah, that's what people were saying two weeks ago when we were two wins ahead of everyone too.

And did you see our starting lineup last night? I really don't see us winning a single game *knock on wood*

Cavs won Wizards with the lineup of:

A.Gee
L.Harangody
T.Thompson
A.Parker
D.Sloan
O.Casspi
L.Hudson
S.Samuels
M.Harris

Ws look like Championship team compared to that super-tank. We have Klay, Nate, Rush even DWright. Not betting on that 6 game loosing streak.

We're not playing either of those teams. But Detroit is playing Cleveland tonight.

We're not playing anyone as bad as the Wizards. Spurs reserves > The Wiz. NOR > Wiz. Minn > Wiz. All by a landslide.

Looks like we'll be #8 if Detroit can hold on. :)

4th quarter is about to start for cavs vs. pistons. The pistons are up by 50 points(100-50) LOL

Detroit should get 2 wins for doubling up Cleveland.

PIstons will get the win so they will be 23 wins. As long as we don't win we are guaranteed 8th seed. Here is the best part. Raptors are at 22 wins and the Nets are at 22 wins. They also play 1 more game against each other so one of them HAS to win. So when one of them does win(and we get no wins), we will be tied for 6th seed.

So as long as we don't win, we are officially guaranteed our pick back! woohooo

Let's wait until the draft lottery takes place before we celebrate keeping the Warriors pick.

Yes indeed. Knowing this team's luck, they'll tie a couple of other bad teams, lose the coin flip for draft position, and then Lacob will hold a press conference to announce that despite the new arena deal falling through and Klay, Curry, Bogut, Rush and Lee having just been killed by a freak tsunami while in the audience at a surfing competition over in Half Moon Bay, the Warriors will in fact make the playoffs next season... and that Mark Jackson is taking on the GM job in addition to his normal duties. Then, just to drive the knife in, he'll announce that he's replacing Barnett and Fitz with Ralph Barbieri and Tony Bruno.

I'm happy no matter what happens with the tank..Our ownership group has come through..They get *it* and proven to me that winning is their #1 priority.

The Cohan era is now officially over for me. I wasnt sure these guys were all that much different up until this tank effort.

If we're tied for the 6th seed, we aren't guaranteed anything. It would just take one team jumping ahead of us combined with losing a coin flip to make us lose our pick.

I dont need that guarantee..I'll take the 7th slot right now and be estatic. Especially considering how much trouble the tank was in just a week ago.

15% chance of moving in the top3

25% of dropping down and losing the pick

60% chance of staying at 7

Let's go.

I found the following link on the Utah board regarding the Warriors tank that is quite amusing:

This ^

Which is why every time I hear "we want Monta!" chants at the arena I'm tempted to walk over to them and punch them in the grill.
