Stroke on the shot and his length remind me of KD.

Goodness gracious, I haven't really seen any clips of Wiggins until now and I must say he is very impressive. I left completely forgetting his age which is a testament to just how good he is at such an early stage in his career.

May he continue to improve and reach his full potential.

He could start for us right now. Physically, his shoulders are getting broader every year.

He really should reclassify.

Not sure if there's a bbcode for vimeo. But check this video that was done from my trip to Minnesota two weeks back. Shoutout to BirdmanPresents.

This team is very well assembled, i'm sure if their bench was a bit deeper they would hold their own against 17U team USA.

Bennett should be announcing for UNLV very soon. Florida and Kentucky have been dropped because of grades issues.

If all this news about his academic eligibility issues being true, then it's pretty dumb of him, great opportunity for him and he is screwing it up. He would be a good fit at UNLV though, despite the fact that they have already have two legit PF in Khem Birch and Mike Moser. They could probably start the three of them in the front court though.

He wants to be eligible for the Canada trip that UNLV is making this summer. I hope he qualifies but it is not a lock.

For those of you interested, if this all does indeed pan out, you can get a chance to check out Bennett this summer in Ottawa and Montreal.

Amongst the guys rated outside our current top 25, point guard Demetrius Jackson (Mishawaka, Ind./Marian), shooting guard Xavier Rathan-Mayes (Toronto, Can./Huntington Prep), Bobby Portis (Little Rock, Ark./Little Rock) and Semi Ojeleye (Ottawa, Kan./Ottawa) seem like safe bets to improve their rankings. JaJaun Johnson (Memphis, Tenn./Southwind) fits somewhere on our list as well. There are others but there's a good chance these guys are moving on up.

Best I've seen thus far
Since March, I’ve been at five events. Here is the top performer from each event: PF Isaiah Hicks (Carolina Challenge), PF Reggie Cameron (Playaz Spring Fling), PG Kasey Hill (adidas VIP Run), 2014 SF Andrew Wiggins (Nike EYBL Hampton) and SF James Young (Hensley Memorial).

However, the best performer of the spring I've seen, at least so far, has been Andrew Wiggins. His team, CIA Bounce, is a juggernaut and he’s playing at a high level in addition to being a Cadillac recruit.

And it's official. Bennett to UNLV. That team is going to be good. Lotta talent coming through there.

He's got fellow Canadian Khem Birch as a teammate too.

Ryan Wolstat posted on twitter that Wiggins has commited to playing for Canada's under 18 team this summer. Fantastic news! He posted that 8 days ago. I need to keep up with the news on the Canadian ballers.

For the second consecutive EYBL session, the best prospect was 2014 small forward Andrew Wiggins (Toronto/Huntington Prep, W.Va.). So far through the spring, he’s turned into the standard by which everyone is measured. Frankly, Wiggins did things last weekend that no one else is capable of doing. His athleticism and creativity at the rim is elite and he’s looking like a pace car that holds a larger-than-expected lead on the pack. When you have the highest ceiling and are among the most productive players, that’s a lethal combination.

That is fantastic news. It means that he will no longer be eligible for Team USA in the future. Rumors were that he sat out last year so he could leave the door open to play for America in the future. Now that door is shut.
