I'd be very surprised if Lee got that much. I bet he gets more like 5M/year.

That would basically be the full midlevel? That seems likely. Perhaps a bit more.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Didn't he just sign a long-term deal?

Sign and Trade type deal. They already have that position locked. Unless they want to trade aaron affalo or danillo gallinari. They are not going to trade gallinari (looks like they want him to be their franchise player) and afflalo is on a good contract for his stats

I wouldn't take that contract if I was the Wolves. I'd rather have Batum who plays in the flow of the offense.

Gay and Mayo have turned me off late in the season. Personaly, I am going to stick with Batum, Lee, and Iggy as potential players I'd like to see in MN. Batum can seem quiet at times, but yet is not out shooting his team out of a game. He has nice ball skills and all, but I will say that his defense is pretty mediocre.

Sign and trades have to take place within seven DAYS of that player signing the contract. Wilson signed his contract seven WEEKS ago.

Why would they keep a 8 million dollar SF on bench? Danillo Gallinari plays SF, AFfalo SG, Ty Lawson PG, Kenneth Faried PF, and MCgee C. What position can he play where he will get 30+ minutes. Giving a 7 illion dollar contract you are expecting him to play more than 26 minutes. I would imagine that Denver Nuggets would want to get rid of the contract to sign Ty Lawson in the next offseason. And it is a reasonable contract where you could get an expiring + a draft pick

Theres a thing called having good depth. Denver runs larger rotations than most teams. He'll get his minutes.

I don't see him getting more then 20-25 minutes, barring injuries. He or Gallo can't play SG very well, and both of them are getting paid good money. Their secondary positions are PF where they have nice depth as well with Faried and Harrington.

Chandler just had hip surgery, less then two weeks ago, that isn't the sort of guy we should trade for.

You want to play in a big market? Be careful what you wish for.

I'm down with some JR Smith.

I'm 90% sure Adelman will utilize this guy the right way.

I can't believe JR actually ran the offense for the Knicks in stretches, I don't care if Baron and Lin were injured.

JR makes dumb fouls, shoots questionable shots, but he is a spark and he plays hard. I would take a flier on him and I know i'm probably the only one that would.

^ we need someone to bring energy off the bench. We don't really have that guy that gets the crowd going off the bench...Barea is the closest thing probably.

Kobe throws Pau Gasol under the bus after tonights games.

LA Beat writers start writing Gasol to Minnesota rumours I assume sometime tomorrow.

No need for that trash on our team. I hope some people on here don't want him on the team anymore like they did a few months ago.

JR Smith won't sign here. He has huge character issues if you heard about what happened to china. A chucker and a thug.

Yessss pleasee... I want those rumors back. I don´t care about finances, I´d be so happy...

I´m really fed up with the LA´s media. Gasol´s changed his game this year to be a 3rd option, used as a pass-first player, taking long jumpers to open space for Bynum and waiting at the corner 3 in many plays, and still has put All Star numbers every day appart from being the key providing the necessary flow to the laker´s attack. One horrible game, and he´s the reason they´re not wining a ring this year.

Spanish conection! Pau playing 30 minutes as the 6th man. yes, the most expensive 6th man in history, But i don´t care, best 3men interior game of the league toghether with the most creative PG should be a contender no matter the rest of players.

I am quite pumped for this offseason.

So many people calling for strong moves, David better not stuff this up.
