Landed in Beijing. This place is huge. Nothing I've ever seen before. I thought LA was big; LA doesn't compare.

It was the bicycles that got me. I had been doing push-ups for a long time and I think that helps on the planks b/c my chest is stronger and pushes work the core a bit.
