lol i keep missing whenever anyone asks for my workout routine

anyway for lower back stuff i just do straight deadlifts. simple and easy

if you dont have anything to lift, find a bench or something to lie flat on and do hyperextensions.

Word. Two of my buddies are doing your routine as well haha. It works well. My goal is to be able to do vertical push-ups (like pushes while doing a hand stand) by the end of the summer. I started elevating my feet on my push-ups this week and added in diamond pushes to get my shoulders stronger.

The band I've been trying to put together has taken much of my time. I felt it was necessary to get off my ass and actually make music instead of just writing in a notebook, getting high and the daily lonesome jams :cry:

Thankfully the past two weekends have been much better. My friend who plays the organ and I both get out of school in a week so we're going to start getting together again but this time we're finally getting together as a complete band instead of just him and I. Finally this upcoming weekend the whole band will meet ready to play the set list we've come up with. I still would like to add in a Conga player but I have a friend who's willing to learn, he's just been waiting for me to get a band together. I've taught him enough to jam with us so things should get better.

Play some classical music, try Chopin, my plant is still alive and doing quite well. Congrats on becoming an uncle, I wonder what that's like, however, don't care to find out as my siblings are too young to give me that promotion :lol:
