Yea it seemed like some extreme bad trip of doing lsd. Although I think I may have read somewhere that if mental illnesses ran in your family that it was best to avoid lsd as it could trigger psychosis and erratic behavior. Could be a rumor when lsd was just coming up or some dumb info I read/heard on some internet article/youtube hosted interview/etc.
