That's my top choices as well. But it is far to smart a move, so Orlando won't do it. Say hello to Jeff Bower and a hack like PJ Carlisimo or Wesphall. That's how little faith I have left in this organization :-?

In my perfect world I would want a Lindsey/Shaw combo and a draft day trade that I don't think can be made. I'm like 99% sure, but I do not think Orlando can trade Anderson, or resign him until July 1st. But I would think New Orleans would bite on an Anderson plus the #19 pick for Ariza and the #10 pick. With that #10 draft Kendal Marshall. Hopefully Jameer walks away, JJ's option is picked up and J Rich is moved with the rights to Fran in another draft day move to Minnesota for Darko and the #18 pick. Take a guy like Harkless or Nicholson ( I'd just take the best available player ). Do everything in your power to move Turk by the trade deadline, and then try to convince Dwight to stay and sign some guys in 2013.

2012 lineup:

Marshall/anyone but Duhon
J.J./Liggins
Ariza/Harkless?/Clark
BBD/Harper/Darko
Howard/Darko

That team is probably an 8th seed at best, but 2013 you add Josh Smith and Ellis/Iggy

2013 lineup:

Marshall
Ellis or Iggy
Ariza
Josh Smith
Dwight

Young athletic bench with a healthy mix of vets:
Liggins, Harper, Harkless, BBD and resigned J.J. + Darko

That is my pipe dream. And honestly if you have to trade Dwight, I'd still make those moves to bring in guys like Marshall, Harkless, Ariza, and Darko.

Wasn't it written somewhere that we planned to have a GM in place by the end of the week? Whoops.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Exactly. Tyreke in Orlando would be awesome! In addition, he is quoted as saying that Orlando was his favorite team to watch growing up when T-Mac was here. Why not? The kid is still young and so full of potential. I actually see him become like Iggy more than any other player. He is not a PG though, in my opinion.

Not me, I would rather miss the playoffs than to watch garnett lead us to a championsip.
The guy is a disgrace to basketball.

Dude, that's just pathetic.

Call him an ass if you want..but he is going OFF right now, cares about winning, and plays his heart out.

He is one of those guys that you hate when he's not on your team. Personally, I don't hate him, I have gone on the record on here many times saying that I respect the celtics and their veterans, but I can see why one would dislike him/the celtics.

You are crazy and don't care about winning if you would
rather miss the playoffs than to watch garnett lead us to a championship
.

Winning is winning, point blank. If Osama had a sweet J and handles, I would have signed him too.

Who the hell could blame Dwight for leaving if the best we can do is Bower and crappy coach with experience? I would leave too.

Pritchard and Shaw, I just really hope Martins does not go the old boy route and hook up his buddy Bower with a job.

I honestly would like to hear about Bower's championship pedigree. I would love to hear Martins squirm out of that question.

That may have been a bit of hyperbole, but my point still stands.. you said you would rather MISS THE PLAYOFFS then WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP with Kevin Garnett. what kind of fan says that?

Personally, I would sign any convicted murderer, rapist, con-artist, a-hole (on or off the court), drug dealer, etc if it meant us being that much closer to a championship but I guess our views differ on that.

I don't get it. If Alex goes with Bower. What part of wanting a championship type GM, fits Bower??? He has NO championship experience all he has is experience. Only way I feel we go with Bower is everyone else says no to us.

It would be kind of a strange situation because a convicted murderer would probably be in jail but... if LeBron James was in a OJ Simpson situation and was a free agent I would still sign him 24/7, 365. Easily. No thoughts and/or regrets about it. I guess I'm just not really part of the "Mickey Mouse" crowd.

Kobe had support in LA... Roethlisberger had support in the Pittsburgh... Vick had support ATL and has support in Philly.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose. All our franchise has proven to me is that caring about character results in nothing.

I'd welcome Kobe to this team. 8-)
