Portland are going to draft PG/C so it's Lillard/Drummond.

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

That would be a good draft combo for them. They need a scoring pg than a passing first type so Lillard can score a whole lot for them. Drummond if he corrects his rebounding fundamentals he will be a pretty solid rim protector with serviceable offensive game. Portland is desperate for a good pg and serviceable big. Good prospects to have.

What if GSW decide to pick Lillard just out of nowhere.

Trent (Canada)

How does Lillard compare as a prospect to Kemba Walker last year? They seem to have similar measurables and college stats.

Lillard's a much better shooter. He's bigger. Has more of a NBA body. He's probably a more explosive leaper. Walker obviously had much more experience playing against top competition and developed into more of a point guard. I think Lillard is a better prospect ...

Someone asked a good question.

Still thinking about Waiter cos of his slashing ability, and I hope the Gay trade rumor isn't true. Someone should ask him again about Lamb lol.

Yoel (Israel)

Last year the Cavs surprised everyone by taking Tristan Thompson 4th. Who could be the surprise pick this year?
Chad Ford
(1:35 PM)

John Henson going No. 5 to the Kings. Moe Harkless going No. 8 to the Raptors.

 oh dear Chad, that's insane. A surprise pick would be TJ3 if he shoots up to 7th spot.

Rob (Cincinnati, OH)

I'm sold on Andrew Nicholson being a solid rotation player. Where's the earliest you could see him going? Latest? Good fit?
Chad Ford
(1:40 PM)

Me too. Maybe even a little better than that. There's some David West there ... I think he could go as high as Philly at 15. Maybe even Suns at 13. Don't think he gets past the Celtics at 21 or 22.

A Canadian...

Sullinger is dropping like Zach Randolph dropped, he is going to be a very good PF in the league. I would trade Bargs and build around Sully and Val. We need BPA and he is going to be it.

edit: The reason I wrote this is that people shouldn't get their hopes up. I'd say the odds of us getting Beal are about the same as the odds we had to win a top 3 pick in the Draft Lotto

Not really. Who is to say what's BPA? Beal was in the late lotto all year right up until the last couple of months. This happens every year, especially with freshmen. It happened with Jrue Holiday, with Brandon Knight, Kawhi Leonard and Avery Bradley. The workouts haven't even started yet and we don't really have much information on many of the team's choices.

Kawhi Leonard was not a Freshman. He was a Sophomore

I could have been clearer, but it really doesn't matter.
