The first thing I started doing was cardio, then again I was a x-country runner in high school. I remember when I joined the team the coach asked me one question, "What do kids do as punishment in every sport?" I replied after a few seconds of thinking, "Run?" Coach said, "So what's cross country then?" I replied, "Punishment?" He said, "Wrong, add a mile to your run today." Within a month my sarcastic mouth and the coach's attitude I was in much much better shape. Cardio got my abs to show for the first time ever

No ball gag but while you mention gag, a few students did in fact puke a few times. Most notably was a girl who fainted minutes after the workout or so her friends say. She did look more gone than most of us so maybe. Interestingly, he was a track coach not at all a cross country coach so all he knew how to do was make us runs ridiculous amounts while he'd pull up beside us in his car, God forbid he find you walking, that was your ass. Still, I've never been in better shape and now i'm fat
