Really only 1/2 a game. The first quarter the Heat looked like they were the team to bear and the scoring in the 2nd was even.
The reason MIA went up was OKC failed to guard Battier and Chalmers.
I don't think they'll make that mistake again.

Miami shot 42% from 3, OKC 29%. Miami was shooting lights out from 3 in the first half but still lost decisively. That has to be discouraging.
OKC plays with so much conviction at the end of the game, no fear or tentativeness just effort and execution. Of course it helps to have a cold blooded scorer like Durant who can make shots in anyone's face. I think it is clear his attitude is rubbing off on the other guys.
