Quincy wasn't even the best big man ball handler at Baylor, but he does have some nice moves.

Let's trade the 19th pick to get out of some of this salary cap hell.

Quincy is my pick if we go Small Forward....everyone can see his potential....imo a kind of weird mix of Kevin Durant and Paul Pierce.....but that's only potential....if we draft him he could possibly see the floor for some minutes every game.....another one of the aspects that i'm excited about when it comes to a new coach.....clean slate so to speak....everyone not named Dwight gets a chance to win either a starting spot or a rotation spot.....no favoritism....no "Veterans" excuse......**Bart Scott Voice** Can't Wait......

Amen brother. Spread the memo.
I've been talking to CLE fans about taking JRich + 19.
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1168864&start=165
and PHX fans about taking JRich + 19.
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1178108&start=780
The discussions have been a mixed bag of some guys liking it and some not.

For what? Best case scenario we sign perennial winners/high character guys who have never caused any trouble or headaches for their current team in Smith and Monta to go with our team first leader on and off the court Dwight Howard? That team won't beat the Heat in 2 years and definitely won't beat the Thunder.

If we got out of JRich or Davis' contract to a team that could absorb their contract without us taking any salary back, then we could afford a max contract this summer.
Dwight would fly down to NJ and stop Deron from signing on the line with the Nets.

Here...let me put you guys on to who we need to draft:

Terrence Ross
Comparison: Eddie Jones
Anybody that knows me, knows that I ALWAYS go for the big athletic guy that can shoot (Craig Brackins, Jajuan Johnson) so me picking a wing is BIG so they must be the truth. We need perimeter playmaking/ scoring and this guy does that.
Quincy Miller begrudgingly would be my 2nd choice (unless somehow Perry Jones III fell all the way to 19, then you take him).

Hahaha... Yes, can't you imagine Dwight running through the airport and hailing down a taxi to race to the Net's HQ to stop Deron? LMAO.
Cap wise it's possible, but I don't see Hennigan being able to pull it off. LOL.

If Hedo is a better ball handler then Quincy, then Dwight's a better free throw shooter then Ray Allen.
I know this is highlights, and even just high school/AAU type highlights too, but you can see he's incredibly crafty and high IQ. He's doing moves like fakes, crossovers, step backs, using the pivot foot really well, even all down in the low post sometimes. He also made some very nice passing in there and in other highlight videos. All things that are jiving with his scouting profiles on many major sites.
I like that he's not going to be a tweener either, he seems a pure SF unlike Perry and so many others, so that and the potential upside would have me seriously thinking about picking him at #19 regardless of any BPA's on the board, unless Hennigan bets he can buy #22 or so and get him later, I think his avg mock draft position was 24.
The wing spot in our roster is incredibly open to improvement, especially the SF position and I've been dying to see a draft or pick-up/trade to assuage the lack of scoring and passing 2008 Hedo had. I'm all for Liggins and C.Lee types, at SG, and I think Liggins played awesome in his limited time and showed to even be a savvy team player/defender off the bat, but at SF, I want to take the risk on a scorer and there's none too much risk at #19 and having to monitor the health of QMiller is not a big setback, for again, the potential and upside and being a #19 pick. If we really have a player developing coach, then it seems a huge no-brainer too.

Magic need to take the Best Available Player and I think Rob Hennigan is going to do that.
I think we might also see some other moves from him during The Draft.
It is going to be an exciting night on my favorite day of the year.

I could easily see next year's Magi Richardson-less. Both J and Q should be tradeable assets.

If that's the case, I can't wait for the Perfect Score 2.
