But seriously it won't make you grow any taller but it will definitely feed your muscles the much needed protein after any workout.
Seriously it's quite's expensive if you was to buy bottle every day after a workout.

I'm not one of those gym crazy guys so maybe that's why. I just run, been doing Stephano's awesome workout and do some bench lifting and leg curls and ankle exercises but that's it. I think it'd be bad if I was ripped, after a few bowls I'd probably be stupid enough to put on my one-zie and fight crime
