Keep JJ, Jameer, BBD, Hedo, Duhon, Q, Liggins, Harper for the minimum salary reasons and move Howard/JRich for the 3 1sts KMart, filler thats a solid start

thoughts?

Not feeling it. I think once you move out of the top 10, the quality of talent and potential declines. I was skeptical of even considering Dwight for 2 top 10 picks, just because the draft is so variable. Yes, they're high picks, but more often than not, they end up being somewhere between solid starters to out of the league in 2 years. If we got a return of 3+ draft picks in the first round, I'd trade some to land some veteran talent around the young guys. You don't want too many rookies coming into training camp, like the Sacramento Kings every year, and not have vets be there to teach those guys how to become professionals.

Rob sure made it seem like we could yesterday.

We would simply make the pick ourselves and then complete the trade afterwards.

Probasketballdraft ‏@Probballdraft
Strong signals being sent that Andre Drummond will slip to 9 and be selected by the Pistons. This could cause John Henson to drop.

Doesn't have much to do with us but interesting.

Who does everyone think the first five picks should be? IMO,

#1 NOH: Anthony Davis (Even though I think he's overrated)
#2 CHA: Thomas Robinson
#3 WAS: Bradley Beal
#4 CLE: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Could possibly be the best player in the draft)
#5: SAC: Andre Drummond (They need a shot blocker)

It can be traded after the draft. So I'm pretty sure I've heard of teams make picks for other teams. For instance, if we were to trade the pick to Detroit, then we'd ask Detroit who they'd like, and make the pick for us, and end up trading it later on.

Eh nothing special. Wouldn't mind him but don't really see the point.

I would be very disappointed with Perry Jones, that guy is soft as can be.

Unless someone trades up to #2, Beal is a lock for Washington. I personally guarantee it.

Nothing says we can't have him come off the bench. What else do we have to work with?
