Your all-star ballot

Post#1 » by JohnnyK » Sun May 27, 2007 8:18 am

Here's mine:

AL
First Base: Ortiz, D., BOS
Second Base: Polanco, P., DET
Third Base: Rodriguez, A., NYY
Shortstop: Jeter, D., NYY
Catcher: Posada, J., NYY
Outfielder: Guerrero, V., LAA
Outfielder: Hunter, T., MIN
Outfielder: Ordonez, M., DET

NL
First Base: Fielder, P., MIL
Second Base: Utley, C., PHI
Third Base: Ramirez, A., CHC
Shortstop: Hardy, J., MIL
Catcher: Martin, R., LAD
Outfielder: Beltran, C., NYM
Outfielder: Griffey Jr., K., CIN
Outfielder: Lee, C., HOU

Most positions were pretty clear IMHO, although I did debate for:
AL SS: Jeter or Carlos Guillen (not that close though)
AL OF: Hunter or Sizemore
NL 1B: Fielder or Derrek Lee
NL SS: Hardy, Reyes or Ramirez; in this case, the power output from a position you just don't expect it from decided it for me; all 3 are worthy candidates though
NL 3B: Ramirez, Miggy or Chipper
NL OF: Griffey or Bonds

Thoughts?
