I'm beginning to think these rental deals are completely fabricated by Orlando. They don't sound rational to me at all. What team would so something like that?

This is normal. However I will tell you one thing for sure even though I still believe Dwight does not get traded to LA, when things like this happen it always favors the lakers..Its how Mitch operates...

For ‪#Nets‬ faithful mistaken about my interest in ‪#Magic‬, my understanding is that fences will be mended w/Brook, set to sign long-term.

None of them are.

I don't think the Nets are leaking rumors. I think Orlando might be to drive up the price and see if LA bites.

I don't play games, will put money on @JRudolphSports ultimately breaking Dwight deal, just letting u know what decision-makers are saying.

They don't need to be Nets beat writers. Info can get leaked to anyone. Just saying it's a possibility...it's happened before.

Several reporters are hearing different things about a potential Howard trade. Tells me someone is positioning for a sweeter offer.

@TonyMejiaNBA Interesting I heard from a blogger that the deal with NJ is "just about done".

The Nets were leaking rumors during the Melo saga? That's pretty sweet revisionist history.

Orlando should just take whatever Houston will offer. They can suck up so many contracts and offer so many picks. Plus they might have enough assets left over to create a decent squad

@MrNoMa_am Would rely on Magic wanting KMartin's expiring plus Scola/picks. See that as fallback option but more attractive than BKLYN offer

Greg Richards ‏@eaglesnut

@TonyMejiaNBA - Do you mean the Nets will mend fences w/Brook and he will sign long-term with NJ or he would be sign-and-traded to ORL?

Tony Mejia ‏@TonyMejiaNBA

@eaglesnut Staying in Jersey.

Text from a league source (best guess): “Got a feeling LA will end up with him (Dwight Howard).” ‪#Lakers

The more I think about it, the less Bynum makes sense for Orlando. They seem to be set on tanking and cap relief
